Whether you’re just starting to explore your career path, developing your professional network and application materials, or ready to seek your next opportunity, the Career Guidance Cell at ATME College of Engineering provides resources and services to support and guide you.

The Career Guidance Cell partners with students and alumni on all aspects of their career development through individual career guidance, specialized programming and extensive resources. The office takes various steps to facilitate a variety of recruitment programs, networking events and other initiatives to connect students with private and public sector employers all over the country and abroad. We educate students about workplace professionalism, self-assessment, developing effective job search campaigns and the diverse range of career opportunities available to those with proper training.

Our office helps you explore your career options based on your interests, strengths, and personal values.

We can suggest “best fit” organizations and advise on how best to approach these employers. If you’re not ready to join the workforce just yet, we can also assist you with selecting, planning for, and applying to graduate schools.

Most importantly, the career guidance cell provides personalized assistance from the very first day you arrive at ATME through to graduation and beyond. Our innovative career mentoring program connects current students and recent graduates with the many successful ATME alumni around the world.
